With three stops on the Viking Tour schedule complete, the tour has seen three different winners. That trend stopped this week, as Dee Adkins became the first multiple stop winner.
Adkins lost his first match of the event to Tim Lenk 7-4 on Saturday, but did not lose another match all weekend.
Tulio Antonelli took the hot-seat with a 7-5 win over Chris Szuter, who has been playing exceptionally string lately. The win over Szuter would have to be enough for Antonelli though, as he lost a heartbreaking 7-6 match to Adkins and then was kept in the seat while Adkins cruised to a 7-1 win in the second set of the finals.
Adkins won $905 for first place, while Antonelli pocketed $640 for second. Szuter and Ronnie Martin filled out the top four spots.
The Viking Cue 9-Ball Tour will be at Gametime/Riptide in Greenville, SC on April 17th-18th for their next event.
