Denver – Cueing Folks with Strokes fundraiser and silent auction to benefit Tom Ross and the Boulder Community Hospital will begin Saturday, July 9th, 2011 at the Wynkoop Brewing Company located at 1634 18th Street, Denver, CO.
Tom, a former contributor of Billiards Digest Magazine without insurance, suffered a stroke last November.
A pool tournament is scheduled to start at 10 AM (doors opening at 9 AM) with the winner of the event receiving a Murrey “Californian” pool table.
The event will also feature a silent auction and “challenge the pro” matches from Tom Ross himself and world ranked professional Melissa “The Viper” Little.
Boulder Community Hospitals own Dr. Janice Miller will be in-house campaigning to promote a public awareness about the first signs of stroke.
