Blaze 9 ball tour stop # 25 was hosted by Atlantic City Billiards Club on Sunday Aug. 19th. A strong field of 33 came out to play including players like Ronnie Alcano, Mike Fingers, Matt Krah, Shaun Wilkie, Mike Miller and Mike Davis to name a few.
Leading the top half of the bracket was Ronnie Alcano with wins over Jay Jones 7-4, Adam Kielar 7-2, Gary Barnish 7-1, and Bob Maidhof 7-2. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Mike Davis with wins over Barry Bowman 7-1, Joey Testa 7-5, Liz Ford 7-0 and Mike Miller 7-3.
Playing for the hot seat was Mike Davis vs Ronnie Alcano. This was a great match with Mike Davis winning 7-5 sending Ronnie Alcano to the one loss side. Waiting for Ronnie on the one loss side was Mike Miller. This was a great match with Ronnie Alcano coming back to win the match 6-4. In the finals it was Mike Davis vs Ronnie Alcano. Ronnie Alcano had to win twice. Alcano won the first set 7-6 but Mike Davis won the second set 6-4 to win the event.
