Evan Broxmeyer started 2005 off with a strong win at the January 2nd Action Tour event at Rack N Roll Billiards in Ithica, NY. This weekly handicapped event adds $200 per event and has drawn strong players each week.
Broxmeyer, a regular on the UPA Tour, defeated Kristin Reay 7-3 in the finals to earn the first prize of $440. Reay, who defeated Kyle Balne 7-5 to make her way to the finals, settled for $160 in prize money.
