The first stop on the newly formed SM Ladies 9-Ball Philippine Open will take place this weekend at Marlon's Billiards in Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
This tour, formed by Quinta Sports, will feature the top female players in the Philippines. The top 32 players this weekend, will be playing at the SM Megamall Atrium and will be videotaped for future airing on NBN Channel 4 in the Philippines.
Players expected at this inaugural event include 2002 Asian 8-Ball Champion Rubilen Amit.
First prize in the 500 peso entry event will pay 40,000 pesos.
