The Men's division of the China Open has been taken by Albin Ouschan of Austria and the Ladies Division has been captured by Kim Ga Young.
Ouschan made it into the finals by beating Chu Bing Jie of China 11-8. There he would face John Morra of Canada as Morra had defeated Nick van den Berg of the Netherlands 11-8 to earn his honors there. Ouschan continued his undefeated run and bested Morra 11-8 to win the title.
There was but one match for the ladies on FInal's Day as they were already down to the last two. Fu Xiao Fang fell before the tenacious play of Ga Young Kim and Ga Young took the crown 9-6.
