The top 9-ball players from all over the world are arriving in Atlantic City this weekend in preparations for the Ten Ball Challenge at Trump Marina, which gets underway on Monday.
Ed Hagan (pictured with promoters Gene Hooker and Jerry Butler) is getting the tables prepared for all the action next week.
Efren Reyes, Francisco Bustamante and Earl Strickland were featured on a segment for the Philadelphia News on Friday. Strickland performed a short trick exhibition and then Reyes and Bustamante played some 10-ball on live television with Allen Hopkins commentating.
Other members of the Philippine contingent, like Ronnie Alcano and Santos Sambajon are already in Atlantic City.
The first matches of the event will be on Monday, with the players meeting on Sunday night. AzBilliards is the official site of the Ten Ball Challenge and we will have complete coverage including brackets and photos all week long.
