Terri Kelley came back from the one loss side to defeat Phoebe Choy at the Hunter Classics Women's Tour event at Corner Pocket in Albuquerque, NM.
Kelley, the reigning BCA Women's Division 8-Ball Champion, lost 7-6 to Choy for the hot seat but came back to score a 7-6 win over 15 year old Anna Kostanian to set up the rematch in the finals. Kelley then defeated Choy 7-4 and 7-5 for the win as well as the WPBA Qualifier for San Diego in March.
Kelly, formerly from Florida and now living in Texas, pocketed $750 for the win while Choy took $525 back home to Hawaii with her. Kostanian and Leslie Anne Rogers filled out the top four spots.
The Hunter Classics Women's Tour will be at Fast Eddie's in Austin, TX on February 22nd - 23rd for their next event.
