Newport News, Virginia- Dragon Promotions is pleased to bring "The Silent Assassin" Tony Robles to the Obelisk Billiard Club in Newport News, VA for a one day only engagement on Tuesday August 12,2008. Robles will teach players how to improve their game and then take on all challengers in 9-Ball matches.
Robles is a winner of the BCA Open, one of the world's most prestigious events that airs on ESPN. He is also a former 2x member of Team USA at the Mosconi Cup in which he held a winning record. Robles is also widely well respected among his peers and was twice named Sportsman of the Year. Robles has also established himself as one of the world's leading instructors and has been a staple teacher in such prestigious events such as the Predator Pro Pool Schools. More recently Tony has become a promoter producing several regional stops in the New York City area through his Predator 9-Ball Tour.

The Obelisk Billiard Club is a 21 table room owned by George & Mary Tucker and Donald & Cathy Dale. The Obelisk was established in 1988 and has since been the premiere billiard room in the Hampton Roads area. It was also recognized as one of the nation's top rooms during the 90's.
