This morning starts the four day back to back CueSports International (CSI) NCS 9 and 10 Ball National Championships. Sponsored by OB Cues, Delta-13 Rack, Aramith, and stream sponsored by The Action Report (TAR), the duo tournaments are being held in the Grand Ballroom of the beautiful Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Twenty-five top players from all over the United States are in the 9-Ball event Thursday and Friday. They are vying for two spots to the 2010 US Open Championship and over $12,000 is cash and prizes.
Competing are such notable players as Jose Parica, Jui Lung Chen, Denis Strickland, 13 year old phenom Brendan Crockett, Harry Platis, and former world ranked player Jon Kucharo, who after years of time off, has once again entered the competitive arena.
