The 9-ball division at the Hard Times Summer Jamboree at Hard Times Billiards in Sacramento is down to sixteen players who are all looking for the $5000 grand prize.
The winners side is down to Nick Krueger vs Dan Wallace, Dick Lane vs Charlie Bryant, Tony Chohan vs Ismael Paez and Alex Pagulayan vs Shawn Putnam.
Both Scott Frost and John Schmidt still have shots on the one-loss side. Santos Sambajon's attempt to take home the $1000 bonus for winning the one-pocket and nine-ball divisions was ended by Josh Johnson hill-hill on the one-loss side.
The final female competitor in the field, Hsin Huang, was eliminated by Jesse Bowman and ended up tied for 17th place.
The field will be whittled down to four players by the end of the night.
