With the Banks Division winding down, and the one pocket division in full swing, the Derby City Classic is going strong. After reigning Banks Champion, Larry Price, was quickly eliminated; that left the field wide open. At the end of Monday play, the Banks division was down to just four players; Shannon Daulton, John Brumback, Rodolfo Luat and Jonathan Hennessee. Of those players, Luat is the only one who had a buy-back going into the final round of play on Monday night.
The after hours action was going strong on Monday with Efren Reyes facing off against Shane Van Boening in a race to 21 10-ball match for the cameras of The Action Report.
We will have an update on the one pocket division on Tuesday, as well as results from the Reyes/Van Boening matchup.
