The Viking Cue 9-Ball Tour hit the Motor City this weekend with a $1000 added stop at The Rack in Livonia, MI. The field of 34 players has been whittled down to eight players who will fight it out on Sunday.
While the tournament field boasted some top players, the pool gods did not play nice with Ronnie Wiseman, Adam Smith, Brandon Ashcraft and John Binion all on one side of the board. Binion and Ashcraft made it through the day without a loss and will face off on Saturday. The other winners side match will see Aaron Toch taking on Pat White.
Matches on the left side of the board will feature Adam Smith vs Cass Marcinkowski and Ronnie Wiseman vs Derek Pogirski.
All of the remaining players are in the money, with the final winner earning $900 on Sunday.
