Johnny Archer and his partner Kim Davenport have announced the Gem
City Ten Ball Classic to be held at their Mariette Billiard Club this
July 10, 11 and 12. As a great 'kicker' to this event the Southern Cue
and Case Show will also be at the Marietta Billiard Club on Saturday,
July 11. The cue and case show features some of the most impressive
private collections of cues and cases anywhere in the world and is
guaranteed to be a jaw-dropping exhibition for anyone who understands
the artistry of cue-making.
The Gem City Ten Ball Classic is limited to the
first 64 players who sign up and carries a minimum guaranteed prize
fund of $15,000. The player auction begins at 4:30 Pm on Friday the
10th. Play begins shortly after the auction. This event will no doubt
fill the field very early, so all interested parties should contact the
Marietta Billiard Club at 770-971-9436 as soon as possible. The player
entry fee is $150.
