Amsterdam Billiards is thrilled to announce that our new House Pro as of March 1 will be none other than world champion Thorsten Hohmann * The Hitman! Thorsten is quite simply one of the greatest pool players of all time, winning almost thirty major pool championships in the US, Europe and Asia. Originally from Germany, but living in the US since 2010, Thorsten’s nickname is “The Hitman.” – but don’t let that intimidate you. We would also like to send a big thank you to our former House Pro, Tony ‘The Silent Assassin’ Robles. Tony is one of the greatest pool players ever to come out of NYC. We are proud of our association with him, as he was an integral part of Amsterdam Billiards for many years. Tony moved to Florida late last year and we want to wish him, his wife Gail and the rest of his family all our best wishes
