Corey Deuel
The 2005 Masters 9-Ball Championships are underway at Q-Masters Billiards in Virginia Beach, Va.
The first two rounds of play are complete on the winners side of the board and top seeds Scott Frost and Shawn Putnam are already on the left side of the board.
In contrast, Corey Deuel has taken advantage of two forfeits to advance to the third round without having to even put his cue together. Deuel first forfeit win came thanks to David Matlock who rode to the event with tournament director Scott Smith, but has yet to be seen at the event itself.
Other players remaining on the winners side include Teddy Garrahan, Mike Davis, Francisco Bustamante and Santos Sambajon.
