Mike Howerton, of the Arizona Billiard News, has announced the dates for the 2005 Arizona State All Around Championship. This 9 stop tour, which will feature games ranging from Bar Box 7-Ball to One Pocket and Straight Pool, will be held across Arizona at rooms in Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson and Prescott. Points are awarded for players performance in each event and those points are used at the completion of the tour to determine the "Arizona State All Around Champion".
Last year, the tour came down to a tie for first place on the points list. The two players held a one match playoff match which was won by Phoenix's Tony Confalone.
The final All Around Champion of 2005 will receive a Scott Whisler Custom Cue provided by Scott Whisler, a new Hustlin' USA jacket provided by Tony Hargain of Hustlin' USA, and a Predator Break Cue provided by Shane Sinnott of Platinumbilliards.com
