Session one of 15-rack 10-ball leagues have ended and 19 people have so far qualified for the $4,000 total purse “Viper Challenge”. Jeff from the Colorado Cue Club was the over all winner with a total of “21” 10-ball racks ran- with these strong efforts he also won 21 Colorado Lottery scratch tickets. Great job, Jeff!
Other winners were DJ from Match-up's, Jenny from the Denver Athletic Club, and Jerry from the Wynkoop. All of the top winners from each venue won trophies, house prizes and honors of winning out of their house poolrooms.
Session two will begin the first week of October with many different venues to choose from to participate; The Colorado Cue Club will start on Sunday, October 5th, The Wynkoop and The Foundry will start on Monday, October 6th, Match-up's and Rack'em Billiards will start on Tuesday, October 7th, and Buenos Tiempo's will start on Saturday, October 11th.
15-rack pool leagues is a 10-ball in-house league, $10 per week, 10-week sessions, individualized, and all qualifying participants will be invited to participate in the end of the session “Viper Challenge” a $4,000.00 total purse, no entry fee, 10-ball tournament scheduled for March 2009 at the Wynkoop.
