2005 ACS/CCS Agreement Spurs More National Benefits

An agreement has been approved and finalized between the Canadian Cue Sport Association (the member-governed, non-profit, sanctioning body for independent Canadian pool leagues) and American CueSports Alliance (the member-governed, non-profit, sanctioning body for independent USA and overseas pool leagues) to provide expanded national competition for all ACS and CCS members in the 2005/2006 league year. ACS/CCS members who meet the nominal requirements for local sanctioned league participation will now be qualified to compete in the following continental events:

  • 2005 ACS National 9-Ball Championships - November 9-13 - Davenport, Iowa
  • 2005 CCS Atlantic 8-Ball Championships - November 25-26 - Halifax, Nova Scotia
  • 2006 CCS British Columbia 8-Ball Championships - January 26-29 - Langley, BC
  • 2006 CCS Ontario 8-Ball Championships - January 19-22 - Toronto, ON
  • 2006 CCS Western 8-Ball Championships - April 27-30 - Calgary, AB
  • 2006 ACS National 8-Ball Championships - June 10-17 - Las Vegas, NV
  • 2006 CCS Canadian National 8-Ball Championships - July 12-15 – Toronto, ON
